Simpsons Season 10, Episode 8: Homer Simpson in: Kidney Trouble

Abe Simpson is forced to "hold it in" during a long drive home which results in a burst kidney. Homer offers to give his father one of his kidneys, but when his friends scare him with possible scenarios of what could happen if he donates an organ.
